Intro to Birding

Intro to Birding Lecture MMS, Waltham - Sept 10, 6-8pm In a special program designed for MMS. This program, which includes a two hour lecture and a three hour field trip, is designed to teach the fundamentals of bird watching. During the lecture, we will review the many aids to field identification of birds including size, body shape, bill shape, coloration, behavior, and habitat preference.
